Weddings are exciting and yet can be overwhelming at the same time. I have been accompanying couples with my camera for over 10 years as elopement photographer in Hamburg and have experienced countless times how the pressure and expectations of the day can become a burden. These experiences have given me a deep empathy and understanding of what couples really need - far beyond the photographic service. With me as your wedding photographer in Hamburg, you don't just get the person behind the camera. As an introvert, I understand when the moment has come to take a deep breath. Guide to a relaxed wedding
1. Stay true to yourself
A wedding is a day of joy - your joy and your love. No one knows better than you what you like. Organise the day according to your ideas and wishes. Let go of your thoughts about what others (might) expect from your wedding. Be true to yourself and celebrate your love the way you want to celebrate it.
2. No rules - only love
Even if many people think otherwise: There are no rules to a wedding. At a certain point you will say "I do", but beyond that, the day is not planned by fixed procedures or rules. You are free to organise the day according to your wishes and ideas. When it comes to traditions, ask yourself if they suit you.
3. A relaxed day
Plan a special, unique and memorable day in your life, not the most beautiful or perfect one - this will only put you under unnecessary pressure. Tight schedules don't usually work. So don't rush from one item on the agenda to the next, but take your time to savour and enjoy your wedding.
Chris is such a lovely and kind-hearted person that we wish we had known from the very first second. He also takes absolutely amazing and atmospheric photographs! He was an absolute asset to our wedding and I would highly recommend him!
